EdTech Estonia designs tailored study visits and presentations for international delegations interested in Estonia’s education system, edtech ecosystem and digital society..

What a program may include:

We offer custom-designed programmes for international delegations, including policymakers, public institutions, education leaders, and innovation stakeholders.

Programmes may include:

• Overview of the Estonian education system and policy framework

• Education innovation and edtech ecosystem in Estonia

• Public–private cooperation models in education

• AI and digital solutions in teaching and learning

Programmes can range from single presentations to multi-day study visits, depending on the interests and needs of the delegation.

Presentations & keynotes

Expert overview of Estonia’s education system, digital transformation and edtech ecosystem.
Our delegation sessions are led by EdTech Estonia’s board members and leading experts from the Estonian education and innovation ecosystem. Depending on the focus of the visit, speakers include specialists in corresponding fields. See more under “Our Team” .

In 2025, EdTech Estonia:

• Hosted 20 international delegations from 14 countries, including Sweden, Germany, USA, South Korea, Kenya, Spain, Ukraine, and Israel

• Participated in major international education and innovation events, such as
  UNESCO Global Education Coalition Annual Member Meeting (Paris),
  EdTech Talents Summit (Madrid),
  Berlin Digital Education Conference,
  Baltic EdTech Week (Vilnius)

• Organised 11 demo sessions and workshops showcasing Estonian edtech solutions

Standard formats for international delegations

• 1-hour expert presentation incl. Q&A – 800€ + VAT
  Introduction to Estonia’s education system, digital transformation, and edtech ecosystem.

• 2-hour seminar: presentation + Q&A + practical edtech showcase – 1300€ + VAT
  Includes live demonstrations of selected Estonian education technologies.

• Tailored multi-day delegation programmes – price upon request
  Custom-designed study visits based on delegation interests (policy, digital learning, innovation, AI in education, school visits, company meetings, etc.).
  In 2025 we organised 4 multi-day programmes for international delegations.
