KOOLEST Solutions and EdTech Estonia sign Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen Estonian-German EdTech cooperation

Chemnitz / Berlin / Tallinn, October 2025 – KOOLEST Solutions and EdTech Estonia have officially deepened their collaboration: during an event hosted by the Estonian Embassy, the first Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed – naturally, in digital form.

With this agreement outlining the foundations of their cooperation, KOOLEST Solutions will take on the role of official representative of EdTech Estonia in German-speaking countries. The goal is to bring innovations from Estonia into German educational institutions and to actively foster knowledge exchange between the two countries.

The signing took place during an event hosted by the Estonian Embassy in Berlin as part of the Conference on Education and Digitalization. The MoU was signed by Andres Melik, Board Member of EdTech Estonia, and Luise Ludwig from Berlin, while Liis Siiroja signed digitally from Estonia. It’s a great example of how this cooperation is already being lived – and at the same time highlights the spirit of the future partnership: collaborative, forward-looking, and focused on technology-enhanced education in Europe.
